Have you been Staff on a Star Wars RP server before? If so when and where?: I have been Staff on multiple servers some of the best experience came from Icefuse where i achieved the rank of admin while it was my first server i ever played on, the other staff position worth mentioning were Comunity manager on NCN and Staff manager on the server owned by the same owner, i have

[size=150]I can keep a level head in the most heated situation and defuse an argument, or simply help someone who is having a problem in a constructive way. If a situation gets difficult, toxic, out of hand. I know how to deescalate them, but also when its time to let one player go for the benefit of the entire server. The overall player experience and enjoyment is the priority and I feel I can bolster that given the chance. I believe that the player base is the bread and butter, the core. The foundation of a server. They should be our number one priority. For them to be satisfied with their experience, they need a wonderful team behind them who is able to support their needs. I would love to be able to help that wonderful team, and this server reaches its potential and become stronger. I would love to be part of that journey. I truly believe that due to my social skills, ability to pick things up quickly and ably, along with being good under pressure and able to adapt. I would be a great addition to your team.
